Quite a few people on Freddyshouse and Warhammer Alliance forums have reported receiving their codes from Play.com for pre-ordering the Collector’s Edition. So it looks like they have, eventually, been sent.
Nothing at my house though 😦

Mine still hasn’t come *sigh*
Ours haven’t either (talking for both myself and Spinks here), we’re edging to depression, but I think she’s going to give Play.com a ring tomorrow. Suggest you do the same.
